Exercise 3 - Finding some common ground

The Rapid Evolutionary Prototyping Approach (REPA) approach involves conducting a business needs analysis and a system functional specification. Following, use case scenarios are developed.
REPA employs a life cycle called Rapid Application Development (RAD). RAD consists of developing a prototype that continues to evolve. Heavy user involvement is required during the development and testing of each iteration of the evolving prototype to speed development and to maintain quality (Schwalbe, 2006a).
Agile development relies on programmers and business experts working together to achieve development in reduced time frames (Schwalbe, 2006b). Agile development differs to REPA in this way.
